Tashika Varma, a junior and current president of SMU PRSSA, was appointed as Editor-in-Chief for the Daily Campus last Tuesday. Tashika will oversee a management team made up of a managing editor, an online editor, a central assignments desk editor and will work with the SMU-TV news director. As president of SMU PRSSA, Tashika exudes qualities of good work ethic and leadership skills that she will use in her new position as EIC. She has worked to expand the SMU Chapter making it become nationally recognized and helping organize events such as Career Workshop. Her work has paid off as SMU PRSSA currently holds the most registered members in its history. Congratulations, Tashika!
